Yesterday morning, I managed to bang the heck out of my toe. Actually, I think two toes are involved, but since I'm afraid to touch them, I can't be certain. In any case, the front of my foot hit the piece of exercise equipment I had recently begun using faithfully every day. Do you think I've been able to use it since then?
No.
I can barely get around on my lame toe(s). I'm not going to try to put on my shoes, and I really don't want to exercise in my sock feet--not that I think my toe(s) would appreciate it even if I did want to. I don't know how long it will be until I can get back to my exercise plan. And here I was building up my stamina, gradually increasing the length of each exercise session.
Waaah!

Stopping by from Alpha-Thursday. Liked it!
How frustrating! I dropped a jar of capers on my toe the other day and it still hurts. It isn't keeping me from exercising though because I typically don't exercise!
Feel better soon.....
Sounds Like you broke it or them. Ouch!~Ames
Ouch! Sounds quite painful (

I remember banging my toe and trying to use the step and equipment at the YMCA. Think it's a good idea to stop for awhile - it will never get better unless you do! I don't know how professional athletes do it! {:-Deb
One of my toes broke a couple of months ago from a VERY BAD cramp! It took forever to heal! Now, if I get foot cramps at night, I run to the shower to warm my feel and relax the muscles and tendons!
Oh! How painful! My toes are a mess, and I sympathize!
I'm stopping by from alphabet-thursday.

I'm so sorry about your poor little toes.
Sometimes when you tape them together it helps with the pain...I only know this because I am forever breaking a toe or two!
I hope you're feeling better!
Thanks for linking up.
I'm sending you a little healing prayer along with your A+ this week.
